Australia Day is always filled with good people and good food so to honour our National Day I felt the urge to create my favourite Australian dessert – The Pavlova! YUM!!
I thought I’d share the recipe with you as it’s always a winner with everyone queuing for seconds. My grandmother used to make a Rolled Pavlova (basically also known as a Pavlova Roulade) however I’ve never had any success with this recipe.
