I thought I’d share the recipe with you as it’s always a winner with everyone queuing for seconds. My grandmother used to make a Rolled Pavlova (basically also known as a Pavlova Roulade) however I’ve never had any success with this recipe. No-one will forget the disappointing anti-climax of the last season with contestants winning as little as $10,000 for all their hard work! Prospective contestants must be wondering if it’s even worth applying! Well, the producers and the heads at Channel 9 have decided to mix it up and hopefully ensure that doesn’t happen again.
